Kerry leads the Pacific Quay Operations team to deliver high quality and on-time service to our clients and airport partners, endeavouring to understand their requirements and ensure positive outcomes are achieved. He is required to manage multiple projects while adhering to challenging timelines and high standards. Kerry uses his experience with reporting and planning to make certain that all parts of the business are functioning at the highest level in order to provide the service our clients expect.

Jackie works with the Marketing Consultants and Operations Team to continually find growth and opportunity. She also works with our airport partners across Australia and New Zealand to develop and enhance their advertising program. With experience in advertising and media sales, Jackie pushes for exciting and new opportunities that bring value to a business's marketing mix. She understands the importance of brand awareness and is an advocate for airport advertising's ability to create effective and targeted brand awareness.

Jonathan analyzes the growth and development opportunities for each program, focusing on aesthetic quality and new technology. Jonathan is the point person on all construction activity using his strong construction background to dovetail Interspace's efforts with airport design and construction. Sheena's responsibility is to facilitate advertisers' requirements for their advertising contract through our 25 service representatives in our airports. She works to resolve any issues that may arise from all parties, including the Airport, in record time, every time. As part of the operations team, Sheena also oversees the continuous auditing process that is required to maintain the highest standard
of service expected from
our valued clients.

Tony has worked on countless new projects, setting performance standards in numerous markets. He has helped the team shatter countless airports' revenue records throughout Australia and New Zealand. Tony manages the whole PQ team while handling the signing and re-signing of our Airport partner contracts. He handles the “Big Picture” of goals and strategy while working closely with our corporate team to keep us heading in the right direction.

Tanya coordinates the production of all graphics for community showcase advertisers and is responsible for providing accurate technical specifications and graphic guidance. Tanya's coaching of the advertisers and agencies leads to better image oriented graphic messages. Tanya also looks after the production of filler, not-for-profit artwork as required. Tanya also manages the airport maps and works closely with our service representatives to ensure quality service to the Airport and advertisers.

Rebekah is responsible for the accounts receivable side of Pacific Quay. Included in those duties is liaising with current and future clients, ensuring that invoices are paid on time and answering questions advertisers may have about their invoice structure. She ensures payments are allocated to the correct client and assists our corporate office in Texas with any queries they have concerning payments received.

Mel is responsible for processing all new contracts with clients and inputting all information into our unique software programmes.
Mel is a key staff member in monitoring, tracking and reporting of all our operations on a regular basis. This includes managing the inventory and ensuring the advertiser is assigned to the correct location which then interfaces with our accounting and financial reporting systems.

Samantha assists the full office with administrative tasks, such as creating proposals and reporting documents, processing invoices for payment and file management. Samantha is the voice of Interspace at the New Zealand office, as the key telephone receptionist, and is key to helping all our clients.

Criscia is an integral part of our in-house legal and business development teams and is instrumental in the start-up of new advertising programmes. Criscia works closely with airport administration and staff on the negotiation and drafting of contracts during all stages of the installation process. Criscia is also able to address any questions or concerns with regard to the contract.
Erika has developed over 40 airport advertising programmes during her outstanding seven years at CCA, including Anchorage, Fairbanks, Madison, and Wichita. She will be responsible for the programme design, as she has successfully worked with many new terminal architects throughout North America. Her background starts with a design degree from Allentown Business School.
Bethan has been with Interspace since 2002 and was part of the original small team to set up the Australasian business in Nelson. Now based in our US office, she is responsible for helping grow our programmes with increased investments. Bethan develops the proformas for proposals working closely with the PQ team manager on capital investment strategies for our airport partners.
Justine is responsible for billing. She tracks and reconcile our sales revenue on a weekly basis and prepares airport revenue reports each month. Also included in her schedules is the preparation and reconciliation of annual audits for each of our assigned airports.
