 Favorite thing about IAA: “WAY too much to list. Let’s cover it by saying, all the hard workers that make up the IAA team, their families who support them, and our fantastic Airport Partners. I’ve also always wanted to make money while wearing jeans, so that’s nice.”

Jobs at IAA: (1) 1982- Managing Director (there was only 2 and a half of us....Dick Frick was the half).....responsible for just about everything including designing programs, sales (we had one marketing consultant), install oversight, landing airports etc. Airports added Burlington, VT, West Palm Beach, Nashville. (2) 1987-Marianne joined us so she took over lots of the work. I became just a Director...mostly a consultant...but sometimes I was unloading cases and installing programs or helping land airports. New Business Responsibility; MOP Consultant;
and what ever else needed to be done.
Favorite thing about IAA: "Everybody Wins When We Do It Right"...
(1) Airports win big financially, aesthetically and in community support. (2) Communities win big with an Economic Development and Tourism showcase. (3) Crewmembers families win big with dramatically higher compensation and career growth. (4) Interspace keeps getting stronger and stronger.
We are very fortunate to be the best in the world at what we do. This is the result of our great values brought to life by our crewmembers!!!!!
