KIRSTEN BURDEKIN

Sales manager / Operations manager

Kirsten manages our marketing consultants and operations staff on a daily basis Kirsten also oversees our National Agency relationships to optimize national exposure in our airports for both long and short term campaigns. She leads our team of marketing consultants and operations team to ensure we continuously meet your highest expectations while innovating and continuing to develop the whole team’s marketing skills. JOHN NUTLEY

Project Manager

John is based in Australia and has been with us from the beginning. He constantly analyzes the growth and development opportunities for each airports individual programme, focusing on aesthetic quality and new technology. He works closely with Airport staff to enhance regional themes, local corporate involvement, and Interspace capital investment. John is the point person on all construction activity using his strong CAD engineering background to dovetail Interspace’s efforts with airport design and construction. John has been actively involved in over $3,000,000 in new airport advertising programme investments, coordinating design concepts directly with managing architects and construction directly with the construction manager. SHEENA BOWRING

Properties Specialist

Sheena works to make sure all signage is operational and ready for the advertiser’s installation, she works closely with our local service representatives on markets on any pending issues. As part of the operations team, Sheena also oversees the continuous auditing process that is required to maintain the highest standard of service expected from our valued clients. LUCY JACKSON

Graphics Coordinator

Lucy coordinates the production of all graphics for community showcase advertisers and is responsible for providing accurate technical specifications and graphic guidance. Lucy’s coaching of the advertisers and agencies leads to better image oriented graphic messages. She approves rough layouts and manages the approval process through the airport. She is also responsible for production control and maintaining standards with timely installations. Lucy also looks after the production of filler, not-for-profit artwork as required. MILES KOBERSTEIN

Accounts Receivable/Collections

Miles is responsible for the accounts receivable side of Pacific Quay. Included in those duties is liaising with current and future clients, ensuring that client invoices are paid on time and answering questions advertisers may have about their invoice structure. He ensures payments are allocated to the correct client and works with the States to make sure all airport reports are correct, with any queries they have concerning payments received. CRAIG KEMPTON

Office Administrator

Craig is responsible for inventory management. He processes all new advertiser contracts into our proprietary data base management system. He maintains the rate cards and facilitates a number of administrative functions, Craig then interfaces with our accounting and financial reporting systems as well. As looking after or I.T. requirements. SAMARA HOGARTH

Administration Assistant

Samara assists the full, busy office with administrative tasks, such as creating proposals and reporting documents, processing invoices for payment and file management. Samara is the voice of Interspace at the New Zealand office, as the key telephone receptionist, and is key to helping all our clients.

Kellie O’Neill, CPA

Financial Analyst

Kellie has been with Interspace for over 11 years and is based in our US office. She has been involved with Australasia from the beginning. She works closely with the management team to help grow our Airport programmes and optimize revenues. She works to get capital investment approval and is our strategic liaison partner with the US parent company. She is hoping to find winter retirement property here some day! Contract Specialist

Carolann is an integral part of our in-house legal and business development teams and is instrumental in the start-up of new advertising programmes. She works closely with airport administration and staff on the negotiation and drafting of contracts during all stages of the installation process.
